    A man was hit by a train near Sudbury Train Station
    LAST NIGHT a man in his thirties was taken to West Suffolk Hospital after he was hit by a train in Cornard Road near Sudbury Train Station. Paramedics and police officers arrived at the scene at around 9.30pm on Sunday. It is not yet know how badly injured the man is.

    A 69-year-old woman from Sudbury remains in a critical condition in hospital after her car was involved with a collision with an ambulance on Tuesday night. The woman, named locally as Beverly Richardson, was driving a silver jaguar car down Melford Road 6.15pm when the collision took place, near to the junction with Chaucer Road.
